Quality

Connie Pershing

Connie transferred from a part time role at another location to WNCC a few years ago and has continued to exhibit the attributes that separate her from other technicians. Her meticulous cleaning standards have been noticed by several instructors who appreciate her efforts. Connie always arrives to work early, never calls in sick, completes assigned tasks, and continues to help in other areas. She also works campus events and keeps the high use areas shining during these highly visible times. Thank you, Connie. We appreciate all you do for our cherished client!

Stability and Growth

Kenneth Hauck

Kenneth is our floor technician at Western Nebraska Community College (WNCC), and is always learning more about different surface types. Because of all of his hard work, combined with on-going communication, FBG has been given the opportunity to expand our support to WNCC to Sidney and Alliance, Nebraska. The WNCC staff know they can call Ken anytime day, or night if there is an emergency, and he will get right on it. Thank you, Ken, for your dedication to our clients each and every day.

Ethics and Integrity

Lawrence “Larry” Rangel

Not a fulltime employee? Not a problem. Larry makes a big contribution to FBG and WNCC on a daily basis. He brings a serious sense of dependability, quality and pride to his work. Since being assigned to the WNCC team four years ago, he ensures all job schedule tasks are completed flawlessly, and he is a constant reminder to the students that ownership and a strong work ethic are to be practiced daily. Dear “Mr. Clean,” thank you for all you do for the students and faculty of WNCC.

Marcos has been sharing his knowledge with technicians regarding equipment, staying on track with job schedules, and always displays a contagious positive attitude. He wants everyone to experience success and is on the lookout for new accounts to give trained team members the opportunity to grow. Thank you, Marcos, for watching out for our clients and your fellow team members!
