Sandra Del Rio

Sandra started with FBG in February 2016 as a Team Leader at Lake Zurich High School. Sandra has utilized her skills to train, empower and develop her team. Sandra excels in her role and this is evident by her noted level of investment and efforts to lead the members of her team. In addition, when called upon for extra tasks and responsibilities, Sandra consistently works to not only meet, but to exceed the given task or directive. Congratulations, Sandra!

STABILITY & GROWTH

Eduin Cartagena

Eduin started with FBG in July of 2013 as the Lake Zurich Schools Program Manager. Eduin’s commitment to exceed the school district’s expectations has allowed for continued stability and growth. Eduin’s tireless approach and genuine efforts to lead his team are noteworthy. In addition, Eduin became the Quad Cities District’s first program manager to earn his Registered Building Service Manager in October of 2017. Eduin spent countless hours after his work day learning topics ranging from managerial skills to green cleaning concepts. Upon successful completion of four exams, Eduin became part of an elite group of building service professionals to earn this designation. Congratulations, Eduin!

Leobardo Sanchez

Leo started with FBG in July 2014 as a Cleaning Specialist at Seth Paine Elementary School. In October 2014, an opening for the Day Porter at Sarah Adams School become available. The opening was offered to Leo and his efforts have been noted by everyone within the school. Leo’s genuine demeanor has allowed him to become a positive part of the fabric within the school. Keep up the good work, Leo!

Jose Corral

Jose started with FBG in July 2013 as a Cleaning Specialist for Isaac Fox Elementary School. Jose’s continuous approach to improve the cleaning process has made a major and positive impact on the members of his team. Jose is not only focused on the task at hand in his daily routine, but also on safety and ergonomics. Congratulations, Jose!

QUALITY

Gustavo Gomez

Gustavo started with FBG in July 2013 as a Team Leader for the second shift crew at Middle School South. Gustavo consistently exhibits the quality in his work by striving to exceed the goals of this position. During the last year, when called upon to help organize and setup for extracurricular activities, Gustavo’s prompt and thorough execution of his duties was certainly noted by the teaching and administrative staff within the school. Gustavo’s attention to detail and consistent approach not only provides quality, but ensures that FBG remains the best choice for the Lake Zurich School District. Congratulations, Gustavo!

Jose Urquilla

Jose started with FBG in July 2013 as a Second Shift Supervisor for CUSD #95. Jose learned The FBG Way to clean as well as how to work with different types of employees from different cultures. Jose is a very hard worker and his results are excellent! He knows our customers’ expectations and takes ownership of the facilities. Congratulations, Jose!

ETHICS & INTEGRITY

Gloria Salinas

Gloria has spent the last four and a half years making sure the students at Spencer Loomis Elementary have a clean, safe and healthy environment in which to learn. She increased her skill set with floor tech training and even learned how to operate Kaivac equipment.

Perhaps one of the best qualities about Gloria is her integrity. Not only does Gloria seek new ways to improve the cleanliness and appearance of the Lake Zurich District Schools, if she says she’s going to do something, she does it completely and with 100 percent of her effort. She is also very helpful, stepping in to work wherever the need is, be it the school or the administration building. Congratulations, Gloria!
