We love the opportunity to recognize employees for their outstanding contributions to FBG. Our Lake Zurich team exceeds in all categories!
QUALITY – Jose Urquilla is our 2nd shift Supervisor for Lake Zurich Schools. He learned the FBG processes and takes quality to heart. He does excellent work for himself and coaches others to do the same. Jose is always there to bring quality service in day to day activities as well as special events. Outside of work he enjoys cooking. Jose knows our client’s expectations and takes ownership of the facilities, keep up the good work Jose!
ETHICS & INTEGRGITY – Marcelina Salgado is our Cleaning Specialist at Middle School South. She is always willing to go the extra mile. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her eight grandchildren who keep her very busy. Marcelina can be trusted to work independently because of her integrity, keep up the good work Marcelina!
STABILITY & GROWTH – Gustavo Gomez is our 2nd shift Team Lead at Middle School South. He steps in for every big event including band concerts, chorus and basketball tournaments. Gustavo is always ready to jump in and help other team members get the job done. Outside of work he likes to run and fix up his house. Gustavo’s dedication has been a stable force at Middle School North, keep up the good work Gustavo!
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT & EMPOWERMENT – Sandra Del Rio is our Lead at Lake Zurich High School. She is always willing to coach others and constantly sets a good example. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her family and enjoys fishing and cooking. Sandra continuously works to develop and empower our team, keep up the good work Sandra!
Leobardo Sanchez started as a Cleaning Specialist at Seth Paine Elementary School. In October 2014 we had an opening for a Day Time Team Lead at Sarah Adams Elementary School. This position was offered to him and thankfully he accepted. Outside of work he enjoys going to church and the theater with his family. Since taking the Team Lead position Leo has been developing and empowering his team, keep up the good work Leo!
INNOVATION & EXPERIMENTATION – Gloria Salinas started with FBG as a Team Lead in July 2013. She is always looking to improve the service we provide at Lake Zurich Schools. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her family and go shopping. Gloria has found innovative ways to safely set up, clean and tear down cafeteria spaces within limited time constraints, keep up the good work Gloria!
