Focus on Sustainability
FBG’s goal is to reduce the exposure of building occupants and maintenance personnel to potentially hazardous chemical, biological and particulate contaminants, which adversely affect air quality, human health, building finishes, building systems and the environment.
Green Cleaning Policy
Implementing FBG’s green cleaning program with its Healthy, High Performance Cleaning system (HHPC) developed by Diversey Care, will insure facilities will be maintained using the first cleaning system certified for Indoor Air Quality by GREENGUARD® under the GEI Product Emissions Standard for GREENGUARD Gold.

Our History is Family History
Wayne Simmonds founded FBG Service Corporation, then Floorbrite Building Maintenance, in Omaha, Nebraska in the mid 1950s and became incorporated in 1960. Wayne remains Chairman of the Board and his daughter, Terri Gogetap, serves as president.
Today FBG is a top employee-owned company serving customers coast to coast. We have over 1,200 employees and serve customers in various industries including healthcare, commercial, industrial, utility and education.
