For superior results, FBG advocates the use of microfiber—a non-abrasive, lint-free, hypoallergenic material designed to capture 98% of micro particles and absorb 7 times its weight in liquid. Each strand is 100 times smaller than conventional fiber, so it’s able to deliver superior cleaning with reduced need for chemicals—which lowers operational costs, VOC’s and environmental risk. Microfiber mops also help eliminate the risk of cross contamination in water buckets, cutting chemical use by as much as 95% since the solution doesn’t require changing as often.

FBG uses vacuum systems with advanced high-filtration to reduce airborne allergens and chlorine-free Green Seal® consumable products wherever possible that meet or exceed EPA requirements for post-consumer waste.

Chemicals
FBG was one of the first service companies in the Midwest to adopt Green Cleaning chemicals and methodology. Using GS-37 products provided by partner JohnsonDiversey, our chemicals are pH neutral, readily biodegradable, contain no VOC’s and deliver superior cleaning without hazardous fumes or environmental affects.
