FBG University is our own institute of higher learning, providing a positive training and development culture to help our people get ahead by doing the best job they can. The dedicated FBG University Team features certified trainers in each region to oversee training and career development programs and publish Standardized Training guides to help each employee achieve his or her full potential at FBG.

Management Programs
FBG’s Management Development Program offers advancement training to give all employees the opportunity to advance to the highest level of their ability. Managers and supervisors, including front line supervisors, can also attend courses presented by our training partner, The American Institute of Management, Inc. These include:

ISO / BSCAI Training Programs
Building Maintenance Division and Facility Service Management Division employees are also encouraged to broaden their experience into ISO Internal Audit training.

BSCAI (The Building Service Contractors Association International) produces high quality training and professional development programs. Managers are encouraged to take advantage of the certification programs from BSCAI and educational programs provided by The American Institute of Management.

 
AIM has been providing management support through strategic planning, facilitation and training to all levels of FBG since 1995.
